are convinced cell phone use is causing wrecks, but drivers never admit to it.
Trooper Lonnie Haschell sees drivers do it, but he can’t stop them. “Unless there is another traffic violation that occurs. If you’re concentrating on your Blackberry and then you cross that center line, you cross that white line on the side of the road, you have another traffic violation,” Haschell said.
