Instead of fear-mongoring or wagging the electronic finger about safety concerns, I am writing about a great event that acheives real good for others in need. That is Law Suit Days!

On Wednesday and Thursday Oct. 10 and 11, The Denver Bar Association Young Lawyers Division will accept donations on the steps of the Denver City and County Building, 1437 Bannock St., from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. These altruistic attorneys make it easy as pie, and now that the courthouse has moved into new digs, drop off is even easier. Just pull up and you will get help unloading.

The business clothing will be given to Bayaud Enterprises, Inc., a local nonprofit that provides vocational and job placement services for individuals with disabilities and to homeless or low-income individuals and families.

Donate gently used professional clothing, shoes, and accessories. Clothing should be clean and on hangers. The DBA-YLD will not be able to pick-up donations and cannot accept donations on alternative dates.
